01 · Problem
What wasn't working.
A neighbourhood specialty shop with a strong in-store business but no online sales channel, no active social presence, and no content pipeline. Revenue was 100% walk-in and every discoverability signal was cold. The brand itself was scattered, too, the storefront, the website, and social each looked and sounded like a different business.
02 · Solution
What we built.
Built the Shopify store from the ground up: 650+ product catalog with structured metafields for filtering, product photography, brand voice, and checkout flow. Launched a content strategy targeting local partnered professionals in nearby neighbourhoods, with automated posting and analytics through Meta Business Suite. Then pulled the whole brand into one consistent identity, the same voice, colour, and typography whether a customer meets the shop on Instagram, on the website, or through the front door.

Note · Ongoing content operation. Weekly Reels, product education posts, wine pairings.
The same shop, everywhere you meet it.
Before, the brand shifted depending on where you found it. We tightened it into one identity, so the experience is consistent from a Reel, to the website, to walking through the door.
