The firm's real hours were disappearing into the small stuff: time logged after the fact from memory, and the same client emails written again and again. It's work that doesn't need professional judgment, but it was eating the mornings of people whose time is the product.

What we built.
Working as their automation consultant, we rebuilt time tracking around ClickUp AI so hours are captured as work happens rather than reconstructed later, and set up an inbox that drafts and sends its own client emails for routine correspondence, with a person still in the loop where judgment matters. This is a current, ongoing engagement.
