You don't have it in stock. You can still sell it.
Autofy tracks every special order from the moment a customer asks to the message that tells them it's ready. One board for the whole shop. No spreadsheet, no sticky notes, nothing living in someone's memory.
LIVE WITHIN 14 DAYS. MONTH TO MONTH, NO CONTRACT.
THE TUESDAY PROBLEM
Right now it lives on a spreadsheet and in somebody's memory.
A customer wants the wide fit, the 20 pounds of ground beef for Friday, the ring sized up, the frame in a 56. Someone writes it down, calls the vendor, and then it's gone, until the customer rings three weeks later asking where it is. Sometimes it arrived and nobody caught it. Sometimes it got sold to whoever walked in first. Sometimes it was never ordered at all, and they needed it Saturday.
Every one of those is a sale you already earned and a customer you might not get back.
WHO IT'S FOR
If you order things in for customers, this is for you.
Run & shoe stores
a wide fit, a half size you're out of
Bike shops
a frame size, a build, a part on backorder
Butchers & delis
a cut, a weight, a holiday order
Jewellers
a resize, a repair, a piece ordered in
Golf pro shops
a custom fit, a regripped club
Ski & outdoor
a boot shell, a length you don't carry
Pet & feed
a special diet, a bulk bag
Different shops, same problem: you promised somebody something that isn't on the shelf yet.

Staff running the board day to day
City Park Runners tracked special orders on a spreadsheet called "Call When We Get In." Orders got placed twice, sold to the wrong customer, or forgotten until the customer gave up. Now it's one board, connected to their Shopify, with twelve staff working from it and about $23,000 of special-order revenue tracked through it in six weeks.
In its first six weeks on the Autofy Special Order Tracker, City Park Runners, an independent running store in Winnipeg, tracked 127 special orders across 12 staff, collected 84% of resolved orders, and put about $23,000 of special-order revenue through the system — revenue tracked, not revenue saved or added.
A shoe store today, a butcher shop next. The shape of the problem doesn't change.
HOW IT WORKS
Three steps, start to finish.
1
Take the order at the counter. Customer, item, the details that matter, done in twenty seconds.
2
Mark it ordered, then arrived. If you're on Shopify, Lightspeed or WooCommerce, arrivals flag themselves.
3
The customer gets an email automatically, in your store's name. Nobody has to remember to call.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Everything the board does for you.
Today's board
What needs doing first, colour-coded by age.
Request → picked up
Every order moving through clear stages.
Aging alerts
Stale orders surface before a customer has to chase one.
Your fields, your words
Track size and width, weight and thickness, ring size, frame size. Set it up the way your shop already writes it down.
Order notes & search
Full history on every order, findable in seconds.
Customer status page
A link they check themselves instead of phoning you.
WORKS WITH YOUR POS, OR WITHOUT IT
Plugs into the system you already run.
No new POS to learn. Connect your store and arrivals flag themselves.
CONNECTED
Arrivals flag themselves.
Autofy watches your Shopify, Lightspeed or WooCommerce inventory. The moment an ordered item lands, the order moves to Arrived and the customer gets an email.
ON ITS OWN
One tap when it arrives.
On another system, or rather keep them separate? Staff mark an order arrived with one tap. The board, the reminders and the customer email all work the same.
You make the connection
Set it up yourself, inside your own store admin.
Read-only access
Autofy sees your inventory. It can't change a thing.

We never see your password or log into your store.

A special order travels six stages. Green is the stage the system carries on its own. Red is the stage it hands back to somebody's memory.
Most special order management stops somewhere in the middle. Shopify POS Pro takes the order and emails the customer, but it cannot hold an item it has no stock of, so the line turns red at stage 02. Lightspeed X-Series carries the order through holding and linking the vendor order, then leaves telling the customer to staff — red at stage 05. WooCommerce has no arrival event in core, so most of the pipeline goes back to someone's memory — red at stage 04. The Autofy Special Order Tracker carries all six.

WHO BUILDS THIS
Two people in Winnipeg, and a phone number that reaches them.
Autofy Inc is a Winnipeg company, and the Special Order Tracker is the only thing we build. It started with one running store here that was tracking special orders on a spreadsheet called “Call When We Get In.” We do the setup and the support ourselves, and the number below reaches us.
Kavisha Wanigasekara
Co-Founder
Kav started in accounting, where he watched real days disappear into small repeat work: writing down the same thing twice, sending the same email for the fourth time that week. He started automating the parts that don't need judgment and leaving the parts that do alone. The tracker is that idea pointed at a shop floor — the board does the remembering, staff make the calls.

Noah van den Berg
Co-Founder
Noah started out helping local businesses launch online stores, and kept finding the same thing underneath: the “marketing problem” was usually an operations problem. He built the first special-order board for City Park Runners, a running store here in Winnipeg, and it is what every one of their special orders goes through now. Lifelong Winnipegger and ultramarathoner.

FAQ
Questions shop owners ask.
What does it cost?+
Core is $149 a month and Growth is $199 a month, plus a one-time setup of $750 or $1,500. Month to month, no contract.
Where are you based?+
Winnipeg, Manitoba. We work with independent retailers across North America, and setup and support are done remotely.
Will my staff actually use it?+
There are four things to learn. Training is included. It's built for the least technical person on the floor.
We already use our POS for this.+
Your POS knows stock arrived. It doesn't know whose it is, and it won't tell them.
We don't use Shopify, Lightspeed or WooCommerce.+
Fine. Most of Autofy doesn't need a POS at all. You'll mark arrivals yourself, which is what you do now anyway.
What happens to the orders we've already got going?+
With the $1,500 Branded setup we clean up your sheet, binder or board and load every open order, so you go live with them already tracked. On Standard, staff add them as they come up.
How long does setup take?+
You're live within 14 days. We do the setup; your part is a short staff walkthrough.
We have more than one store.+
Each location gets its own board, plus one view across all of them. It's $99 a month per additional location.
See it running on your store.
Tell us how special orders move through your shop today and we'll set the demo up with your store's name on it. No cost, no pressure.
